Self Help

For many long term chronic conditions, applying self help may just result in you ending up buying lots of different supplements. You may have read this study says buy supplement A while another study may then say buy B.  For long term chronic conditions it may be cheaper in the long run and far more efficient to see a nutritionist.

However for first aid for acute conditions, you can apply some immediate nutritional alterations to your diet to help ease  any symptoms.
