Consultation Fees 2018
To make appointments more affordable this year I will not be offering appointments at my office, all appointments will be via e-mail, phone or Skype depending upon the clients preference.
Prior to your first skyype or phone appointment, Susan will email you a questionnaire appropriate to your initial needs. It is helpful if you return this before your appointment so that Susan can already begin to assess your symptoms.
This first consultation may take up to 60 minutes in order for Susan to get an accurate picture of your current diet, health issues and immediate concerns by analysing your medical history, health status, lifestyle and symptoms. Some basic advise will be given during the consultation to start your lifestyle change. A detailed report will follow shortly by email summarizing your appointment and giving you a bespoke programme to improve your health. Generally most nutrients can be found in a healthy diet. However, a supplement programme may be included to help restore any possible deficiencies.
Follow-up consultations help assess your progress and make any necessary changes along the way. These normally take place in intervals of 3 – 4 weeks depending on your needs, and will assist you in achieving your goals. Follow-up consultations generally last between ½ an hour and 45 minutes.
We request that you give us 48-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If less than 24 hour notice is given, we will need to charge for the session at a rate of 50%, except in the case of emergency or unexpected illness.
Please contact Susan by email with a brief outline of your history to see whether Nutritional Therapy could help you. This is free with no obligations attached.
