Adult first appointment £55 (up to 90 mins), in person, phone or Skype
Child (age 2-16) first appointment £30
Baby (under 2): £20
All full appointments include a full written plan and advice. A urine dipstick analysis
and if indicated blood pressure check and blood sugar check*
In person (45-60 mins) – Adult or Child: £30 or baby (under 2): £20
By phone (30 minutes) – Adult or Child: £20, baby (under 2): £15
The follow-up appointment’s will discuss the changes you have made, any difficulties you have with the food plan and any reduction in symptoms or new symptoms.
Package : £70 for initial appointment and follow-up appointment – All fees are payable at initial appointment.
Diet Review – post only
Food diary/ symptom sheet completed by yourself. This is reviewed with high-level findings fed back to you. Suggestions are made for foods to increase/decrease. Basic advice only. Not intended to treat therapeutically.
Adults & Children £30. Babies under 2 years old £15
- Weight loss and diet plan – £65 – available via e-mail and post
4 week diet and exercise plan- This includes a diet review, looking at any possible deficiencies, a 4 week diet plan based tailored on your lifestyle and aims. An exercise plan based on your current health and ability and activity levels. This plan does not include treating any medical conditions therapeutically.
- Weight loss and diet plan – £90 – available in person.
4 week diet and exercise plan- This includes a diet review, looking at any possible vitamin or mineral deficiencies, Blood pressure check, urine dipstick analysis, blood sugar check* and weight measurements. A 4 week diet plan based tailored on your lifestyle and aims. An exercise plan based on your current health and ability and activity levels. A 4 week follow-up to reassess. This plan does not include treating any medical conditions therapeutically.
- Type 2 diabetic plan – a 12 week plan – £150 – available in person or via post/e-mail/skype.
This plan will include a diet review looking at any possible vitamin or mineral deficiencies. Exercise is also encouraged and an exercise plan will be included based on your individual requirements. For those that attend in person, blood pressure check, urine dipstick analysis, blood sugar check* and weight measurements. Weekly checkups during the plan to monitor blood pressure and blood sugar, if the client does not have the opportunity to self monitor. For those following the plan remotely you must have access to have your blood sugar and blood pressure monitored if you are taking medication to control your conditions, during the 12 weeks.
- Pre-conception and pregnancy plan – 3 to 4 appointments – £150 – available in person or – £120 – via post/e-mail.
1st appointment – A full assessment of current diet and any symptoms that may relate to a deficiency. Blood pressure check and urine dipstick analysis. A full written report with recommendations to improve chance of conceiving.
2nd appointment – 4-6 weeks later – review of diet
3rd appointment – 12 weeks pregnancy – diet review and health eating in pregancy
4th appointment – 36 weeks pregnancy – preparing for birth and food plan for first 4 weeks after baby is born.
*Susan is not a qualified phebotomist therefore the client will have to use the lancet to obtain the blood sample, this involves pressing a button to trigger the lancet.
How many appointments will I need?
A guide to how many appointments will be discussed during your first appointment or after I have received your initial food diary. The amount of appointments can vary from just one or two for general nutrition advice, or weight loss, 3 or 4 for initial food intolerance testing, and up to 5 or 6 for more complex symptoms or specific goal such as pre-conception support/ pregnancy.
Packages must be paid in full at first appointment (in cash) or prior to first appointment by bank transfer
All payments are non-refundable
Please note at least 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or re-scheduling appointments, otherwise a 50% charge will be applied.
