How much exercise should I do

There is no one answer to how long should I exercise, how intense should it be, these factors are all individual depending on current levels of fitness, health, lifestyle and goals.

More exercise is better however any exercise is better than none. The relationship between intensity of physical activity and mortality is linear.

The government guidelines of 150 mins per week will see many health benefits of both primary and secondary diseases, in most individuals, it is also important to ensure that you have a mix of aerobic and strength training.
